Ap — Applications

Regenerative medicine is rapidly expanding beyond orthopedics into ophthalmology, dermatology, dentistry, and chronic inflammatory disorders. By modulating inflammation and supporting tissue homeostasis, MSC-derived therapies may offer novel approaches for conditions with limited conventional treatment options. Potential applications include osteoarthritis, tendon injuries, chronic wounds, dry eye disease, gingivitis, stomatitis, atopic dermatitis, and impaired tissue healing. The therapeutic rationale is based on the ability of regenerative products to influence immune responses, reduce excessive inflammation, support angiogenesis, and promote restoration of local tissue microenvironments. Increasing attention is also focused on topical and localized delivery systems designed to maximize local biological activity while minimizing systemic exposure.
